Fresh, homemade Mexican concha is a treat that I've gotten to enjoy so much now that I live in Pueblo. These little panes dulces are ubiquitous in Hispanic areas and often come wit h a vanilla, chocolate, or strawberry topping--just like my little miniature polymer clay versions! It is so fun seeing people in my community squeal over them and excitedly put them in their ears right after purchasing.
