Enjoy an interactive class during which A519's Chef, Amanda Wright, leads you through the intricacies of sugar cookery and confectionery. You will learn the basic science of sugar, taste different sugar types, and learn how to use each in creating confections. You will learn how to make a caramel sauce, vanilla flavored marshmallows, and candied nuts. These techniques provide you with the knowledge to create sugar-based confections at home. At the end of the class, each guest will receive a jar of caramel sauce, marshmallows, and candied nuts. Additionally, each guest will receive a 20% off coupon for a future purchase on our online store. The confections class lasts between 2 and 3 hours. The cost is $100 per person.
