This is better if you are using them for young children since they will be out of the way- place one crystal under your pillow to help with sleep. If you are doing this I would recommend a relaxing crystal like Amethyst- carry them around in your pocket, bag, wallet, car ect-place them near your bath or shower when you want some extra relaxation. Do NOT put them directly in water as some crystals can be damaged in water- wear them as jewellery, if you have a spiral cage that holds tumble stones this would be perfect.
