A Self Confidence Workshop for Youth Ages 9–11 Having the confidence and belief in yourself that you can make a difference isn’t always easy. Through self talk, breath, movement, r egulation awareness and open conversation, we’ll explore tools to build confidence and remind our youth just how powerful they are. Working individually and together, we’ll look at our strengths, what matters to us and the impact we want to create in our lives and for those around us. We’ll explore how even the smallest actions can create a meaningful ripple. October 10 | 12:30 to 3:00 PM The Centre for Creative Arts What to bring: A yoga mat, water and a nut free snack.
