Conger Metcalf was an American painter born in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. This "Summer Concert" print is framed in glass. The piece is signed by Conger with a note for Shirley on 5/22/90. Super cool piece for a local buyer, or any art collector. Hang it up and let the conversations begin! The poster measures 18x24 outside of the glass. The frame is about 19x26.
