The Load-N-Go Hitting System activates the neuromuscular system and strengthens the brain-to-muscle connection — so hitters swing faster, stay sequenced and connected, and move more efficiently, while also reinforcing proper fundamentals, developing muscle memory faster, and allowing hitters to feel and make adjustments in real-time! SENIOR TRAINER : Ideal for players 68” (5’8”) and taller. Comes with Connection Trainer sleeved tension band (HEAVY), elbow strap, knee strap, and carry-all bag. JUNIOR TRAINER : Ideal for players with heights of 55”- 67” tall. Comes with Connection Trainer sleeved tension band (MEDIUM), elbow strap, knee strap, and carry-all bag. YOUTH TRAINER : Ideal for players under 54” tall. Comes with Connection Trainer sleeved tension band (LIGHT), elbow strap, knee strap, and carry-all bag. Connection Trainer Focus: Ensures proper synchronization between the upper and lower body, ensuring a connected, efficient swing. What’s Included:• 1 Resistance Band• Back Elbow Strap• Back Knee Strap How It Works:• The resistance band connects the back elbow strap to the back knee strap. • This trainer works by keeping the upper and lower body connected throughout the swing. It helps prevent “casting” (when the hands move too far away from the body), which can lead to weak, inefficient swings. • As the hitter swings, the band provides resistance that ensures the hips and torso drive the swing, with the hands following in a connected motion. Benefits:• Prevents Arm-Only Swings: Encourages full-body rotation by synchronizing the hands, torso, and legs. • Improves Timing and Sequence: Helps hitters learn the proper sequencing of their swing, where the hips and torso lead the motion and the hands follow. • Enhances Swing Efficiency: Ensures the hitter’s swing is smooth and powerful, using the entire body rather than just the arms. Training Focus: • Developing a connected swing, where the upper and lower body move together. • Eliminating disconnected, arm-only swings to create a more powerful and efficient motion.
