Breathe. Allow. Experience. This is an immersive breathwork experience designed to give you space to turn inward and allow your experience to unfold naturally. Using Conscious Connected Breathing paired with 432 Hz music, you’ll be guided into a continuous, connected breathing rhythm with no intentional pause between the inhale and exhale. From there, we allow the breath to lead. I take a non-directive approach to this work. I am not attempting to elicit a particular emotion, uncover a specific memory, or decide what you need to release. Instead, the intention is to create a supportive container where whatever naturally arises through your own experience is allowed to arise. Your journey may feel emotional, physical, energetic, spiritual, deeply peaceful, insightful, or beautifully uneventful. Every session can be different. My Approach My role as your facilitator is to guide the breathing practice, hold a supportive space, observe how you are responding, and help you remain connected to your own experience. I don't determine what you should feel. I don't intentionally provoke an emotional response. I don't tell your body what it needs to release. Your Conscious Connected Breathwork Journey is accompanied by 432 Hz music selected to support the immersive experience without prescribing the emotional direction your journey should take. The breath creates the pathway. You allow the experience to unfold.
