The blend of Tempranillo and Syrah (Shiraz) combines two popular grape varieties known for producing bold and flavourful wine. Tempranillo shows characteristics of re fruits such as cherry and plum, along with notes of tobacco, leather and vanilla Tempranillo wines are known for their medium to full body, moderate tannins and a balanced acidity. Whereas Syrah shows off dark fruit flavours like blackberry and blackcurrant, along with pepper, spice and sometimes hints of chcolate. They tend to have a fuller body, more pronounced tannins and a good level of acidity. Tasting Notes The bouquet is powerful, with dominant fruity aromas and hints of ripeness, spices and nuts.
