Constance has invested heavily in coaching. Through both her speech and debate clubs and private lessons, she has worked with students at a variety of experience levels. She judges rounds, provides tangible feedback, runs drills, and helps students strengthen both content and delivery. Her goal is to help students become more consistent competitors, while also developing confidence, character, and passion.Constance is in her fifth and final year competing in Stoa. She has competed at NITOC four times across ten national events, placing 3rd in Team Policy in 2026, becoming a 2025 Apologetics finalist, and reaching the 2026 Slam Poetry finals. With over 60 top-three placements across speech and debate, Constance is versatile. She has helped 7 students break to out rounds for their first time after just one coaching session!Grounded in Romans 12:11, “Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord,” Constance challenges students to care about what they are saying, not simply how they say it. She wants to develop speakers who are eager to use their voices for something that matters.
