- this is a ready to ship (RTS) item - This 2T Red T-Shirt is apart of the exclusive Valentine's Day Upcycled Collection by Penny's Place. It features 3 construction vehicle appliqués that are ironed and hand sewn on. Hand Embroidered red & white sparkly hearts are added to each vehicle. This piece is from our preloved collection which means that it has been thrifted. All thrifted pieces are carefully inspected prior to purchase and are items that we'd put our own kiddos in! That being said, we cannot speak to how the item was cared for prior to adding it to the preloved collection so the fit may vary (i.e. if the care instructions of the item were properly followed). All items in our preloved collection are cleaned prior to embroidering. The fabric marker I used to mark the placement on the tee did not come off when I first rinsed it off; it will likely come off after the first wash in the washing machine but because if this, I am offering the item at a discounted price.
