Our in-home consultation is a professional site visit designed for local, in-network clients in the Houston and Greater Houston area who are seeking expert insight before moving forward with a project. This consultation allows us to assess your space in person, evaluate the feasibility of your ideas, and determine the most strategic direction for your project. During this visit, we review the existing conditions of the space, discuss your goals, and identify opportunities, challenges, and priorities so we can begin creating a clear game plan tailored to your needs. Whether you are considering a renovation, redesign, or new project, this consultation is the first step in making informed decisions with confidence. After your inquiry is received, a member of our team will contact you for an introductory call to discuss your project and schedule your consultation. What happens after you book You'll receive a confirmation email with our New Client Intake Form. A member of our team contacts you within 2 business days to schedule your visit. Your appointment is confirmed only once you receive a calendar invitation. Please complete the intake form at least 48 hours before your appointment so Courtney can prepare. Cancellation policy Cancel within 24 hours of purchase, before your appointment is scheduled: full refund minus a $50 booking fee. After 24 hours or once scheduled: no refund, but you may reschedule or keep the full amount as store credit. Cancellations under 48 hours before your appointment, and no-shows (no adult at the home within 15 minutes of the appointment time), forfeit the consultation.
