Description: A simple but useful addition to any Contax G kit. The 1A MC is a skylight filter, which adds a very subtle warmth to daylight shots and reduces the slight blue cast th at can appear on film in overcast or open shade conditions. Multi-coated glass keeps flare and reflections to a minimum, so it can be left on the lens permanently without any real impact on image quality. It’s the natural pairing for the 28mm Biogon, 45mm Planar, and 90mm Sonnar, all of which share the 46mm thread, and the titanium finish matches the G series bodies and lenses neatly.
