This bottle form is a new step in my work, and one I find deeply satisfying: it rises from a narrow foot, swells through the body, then draws back in at the shoulder to a fine, ele gant neck. The proportions give it a sense of lift and movement, as if the form is still in motion. The glaze complements that flow — it moves down the surface like rain running over glass in a storm, gathering, breaking, and softening as it travels.
