100A 150A 240A Includes Optional PreCharge Resistor. When resistor installed on both sides of breaker, a small parasitic draw will occur to keep the mosfets minimally charged. This eliminates the spark you might encounter when reconnecting the power supply and lowers the probability of blasting the controller with an in-rush of current when connecting the battery or flipping the breaker. Some people will simply use the resistor just during the connection process (even without a breaker) by attaching it to the positive lead and controller for 3-5 secs, then make the connection.
