Semi-automatic drop-down parking post for private bays and driveways The CONTROLLER-PLUS is a semi-automatic drop-down parking post for reserving private parking spaces, driveways and loading areas. Turn the key to release the mortise cylinder lock and push the post down by hand to lower it; press the pedal at the base to raise it again automatically. The natural anodised aluminium body carries a red reflective strip for visibility, and the post bolts straight down to the ground. Key features Semi-automatic operation - lower by hand, raise with a single pedal press. Mortise cylinder lock - keeps the post secure both raised and lowered.
