We print on an intermediate, 2.75 mil calendered vinyl film with a grey, permanent adhesive. We then cover the print with a 2.5 mil overlaminating film, that offers a UV extension factor of one year. We then apply the sticker to a .020 magnet, and cut. All materials are 3-5 year weatherproof withstanding everything from sunny days to the harshest of weather.
