If you have a Melatherm with the older style injection rail that required a filter for each hand piece adapter then this is the conversion kit to change it to the new central filte r system. Included is the Cleanfinity central filter which is one permanent filter through the middle of the injection rail making it easier and cheaper. The Cleanfinity filter can be taken out and cleaned when required using the Cleaning Brush If you have a basis basket without an injection rail and want to add a rail on then unfortunately this is not possible as the cap on the basis basket without is welded on.
