The Convoy: Midnight is built from full-grain black roughout cowhide with a deep, uniform black tone and a low-sheen, matte surface. The roughout finish absorbs light rather than reflecting it, giving the jacket a stealthy, utilitarian look that will develop subtle highs and lows as the nap compresses over time. The front features custom solid zinc double-prong donut buttons and two Western-style chest flap pockets with minimal, tone-matched embroidery. A widened upper chest seam allows the collar to sit open naturally, creating a clean roll while preserving the jacket’s sharp profile. At the back, a Western-scalloped yoke and clean three-panel construction keep the fit structured and uncluttered. Side adjusters allow for waist shaping when needed. Inside, the jacket is fully lined with black 100% cotton twill and finished with two interior storage pockets, one open and one zippered. Made to order, with an estimated fulfilment timeline of 2–4 weeks. Each jacket is designed in Toronto and built in our own dedicated workshop in Pakistan. We oversee every step from pattern drafting to leather selection to final inspection. Every jacket is individually photographed, measured, and quality-checked before leaving the shop. We produce in small batches using full-grain leathers, custom hardware, and offer complimentary custom sizing on all builds.
