To do so, twist the ball of the piercing to the left until it unthreads from the base of the piercing. If you are having trouble doing so - take a rubber band and wrap it around the ball to get grip. Once removed, take the piercing off the oval ring. To remove the oval ring, use a pair of pliers and gently bend the ring open until there is enough room to slide it off the carabiner.
