The Cookie C45 Carbon is a new-generation full-face skydiving helmet developed around direct feedback from jumpers. Its design focuses on five key areas: refined shell geometry, improved ventilation, a customizable fit, reduced noise, and certified protection. Built with a carbon shell, the C45 is designed to be lighter, quieter, and more adaptable than previous Cookie helmets. The refined internal geometry aims to improve comfort and make better use of the available space around the head, while the new custom fit system uses dedicated liners and cheek pads to provide a more precise fit. Improved airflow was a central part of the development process, helping increase comfort during aircraft rides, freefall, and tunnel use. Cookie has also focused on making the helmet easier to put on and remove.
