Each week’s supply includes 7 trays of 9 cookies, with a total of 63 cookies per box. They also come with a convenient re-sealable bag to help keep your cookies fresh. Simply pop them into your handbag, and carry them with you wherever you go. They’re perfect as an in-between snack, and will help keep you full throughout the day. Tip! For a soft fresh-baked taste and texture, warm your cookies in the microwave for 5 – 10 seconds. Enjoy the Recipe for Success Our 30-day weight loss diet is designed to help control your hunger so you can stick to a low-calorie diet. Replace your meals with 9 cookies a day, with 1-2 every 2 hours – then finish the day with a simple, healthy meal of protein and greens (500-700 calories). The way our diet works is that by eating small, frequent portions, you’re training your body to eat the way it’s supposed to. This works to encourage healthy weight loss by triggering your metabolism. Why do it alone?
