Three layers of brown sugar cake, with chunks of homemade cookie dough throughout, vanilla frosting and decorated with chunks of homemade cookie dough and a chocolate drip. The coo kie dough we make for this cake is egg-free, and therefore safe to eat raw. 6" cake will feed 8-10 generously, or 16 small pieces if you cut it into squares. 8" cake will feed 12-16 generously, or 24 small pieces if you cut it into squares.
