Each session is all about baking, decorating, chatting and spending time together over really good cookies. Allergens and Ingredients This class takes place in our plant-based, non-gluten bakery kitchen, where soya, tree nuts and peanuts are also handled. All ingredients used during the session will be plant-based and non-gluten.Whilst every care is taken to minimise cross-contact, a small risk remains. If all the dates/times of the sessions you want are already fully booked, will you be running more sessions? We certainly hope to – watch this space and our socials! Are these sessions suitable for anyone? In principle, yes. We love inclusivity! So we try to minimise restrictions to those absolutely essential to the safe and efficient running of the sessions, as follows: • all participants need to be at least 12 years old and all under 18 years old need to be accompanied by an adult (ages determined at the date of your session. Evidence may be required – to comply with our insurance)• due to the age and limitations of the building, for those with impaired mobility, we would draw your attention to the section headed “Accessibility note”• if you have any allergies, please refer to our Allergy Policy What if I’m late for my session? As we are running multiple sessions on each date, we will need to prep before and clean down after each session. As a result, we ask all guests booked for their session to arrive in good time at our bakery, ahead of the designated time stated on the booking. This is so they can enjoy their session from such designated time. All sessions are strictly timed for a maximum of 2 hours. If a guest is late for their booked session, they are still welcome to join the remainder of it. Whilst we will, within reason, try to accommodate any such latecomers for the remainder of their session, we may not be able to bring such a guest fully ‘up to speed’ within the designated 2 hour session. In particular, we will not be able to spend additional time with a latecomer if this might impair the enjoyment of those guests who started the session on time. Is there access to a WC at The After School Cookie Club in Mayfair? Yes. The loos are accessible in our basement via the spiral staircase (35 steps from the first floor of our building, where the sessions take place).
