This brownie came to life after we had SO many requests from customers to turn our popular Cookies & Cream cupcake into a brownie! The brownies are baked with a centre packed full of Oreo cookies, dark Callebaut chocolate and topped with more slightly salted cookie pieces. Each Brownie is lightly crunchy on the outside and seriously gooey on the inside. All of our beautiful brownies are baked using the finest ingredients: Belgian Callebaut chocolate, 100% pure Callebaut cocoa powder, NZ butter, organic vanilla and free range eggs. We do not use any artificial flavours, colourings or preservatives. We buy local wherever possible and support smaller grocers and providores. Please note that we ship all Brownies by Express Post by Australia Post. Express Post remains Australia Post's fastest postal delivery option however current Covid circumstances mean they cannot guarantee next-business-day delivery at the moment. We promise to get you your Brownies as fast as humanly possible! Orders received on a Monday-Thursday will be sent out the next working day.
