Join us for a cooking demo, with chances to help and try out the skills. We finish class with a family style share of the delicious food we have created together. In this class, we 'll be making : Two very special takes on pizza The first, a truffle, pear, caramelized onion and arugula. The second, a naked pizza, with "buffalo mozzarella" that we've made, with orange zest, pistachios and plant based honey, Our cooking classes take place at our commercial kitchen inside of Next Church, at 89 Colborne St. Entrance is through the glass door off the parking lot, at the back of the building.
