Mushroom meat! We're going to let you behind the curtain to learn how to make our famous plant based Lobster rolls in your own home. And for a bonus, we'll show you our super easy mushroom scallop recipe, for those fancy evenings! Your hosts for the evening are Christina and Rad. Our class will take place in the gymnasium/kitchen of Next Church at 89 Colborne St . It is accessible with gender neutral restrooms nearby.
