What You Will Discover Three varieties of Konbu, each with its own unique flavor. How to prepare and taste three different types of Dashi. The preparation of seasonal dishes using locally sourced ingredients from Karatsu. Pairings between regional dishes and local sake. How Karatsu pottery influences the way sake is experienced. The different aromas of Karatsu teas made from the same tea leaves.
