Zuni lapidary artist Harlan Coonsis made this classic Zuni Achiya Ladaba pin/pendant. The piece has been decorated beautifully with a multi-stone Achiya Ladaba sitting against a mi rror shined sterling silver background. You will find that Zuni religious beliefs and culture are kept guarded from the outside world, and it is not uncommon to talk to non-Zunis that have lived in the Pueblo for significant amounts of time that know very little of the beautiful culture surrounding them.
