They are great for individuals, couples and smaller families. 9 Inch cakes are double the height and include 2 layers of sponge cake, filled with buttercream frosting and covered in fondant. 9 inch cakes are approx 4-5 inches in height. 9inch cakes serve 6-12 persons. Great for small celebrations and larger families. Sponge cakes keep for 9 days from delivery, fruit cakes keep for many months longer. We can also make bespoke sizes and shapes.
