The selected barrels are a combination of low rye (21%) and high rye (36%) barrels. On the nose, this whiskey is rich with aromas of cherry pie and creme caramel. Once sipped, decadent flavors of vanilla and butterscotch stand out before giving way to lively notes of fresh orange zest and cinnamon candies.
