Unlike reflux stills designed to produce clean and neutral spirits by removing flavors, the copper surface of this pot still condenser is a game-changer. It retains the unique flavors and aromas from the wash, resulting in a rich and full-flavored spirit. This feature is perfect for crafting spirits like whiskey, bourbon, rum, and gin bursting with character. Plus, it's great for distilling water and hydrosols. When you team up the T500 Alembic Condenser with the Alembic Dome Top, it plays seamlessly with the Grainfather G30 system, a match made in heaven for crafting all-grain spirits. And if you're looking to go big with batches, the T500 Alembic Condenser, flying solo, works effortlessly with the Grainfather G40 & G70 Distilling Lid and Distilling Lid Attachment Kits. This setup opens the door to crafting larger batches of incredible all-grain spirits.
