The result of countless hours of design, turning, forging, and polishing, each step is executed by Tim’s own hand at his Connecticut studio. Both pan and lid are individually turned on the lathe, achieving perfect proportion and symmetry. A handle of forged carbon steel, fastened with three hand-peened solid copper rivets, provides exceptional control and balance in motion, while a polished stainless-and-copper finial crowns the lid with understated elegance. The interior is tinned by hand using traditional methods, a time-honored craft that ensures a naturally smooth, responsive cooking surface.
