British subjects prefer to keep their ailments private but they also realize the importance of wearing copper in contact with their skin. Their compromise is to wear copper with si lver on top, they call it fondly: "The best of two worlds". This ring is handcrafted by us in California of solid copper and sterling silver wires. We construct each piece from wires which are shaped into our design, coiled, cut and solder as rings (if you look carefully you may see the soldering joint showing is handmade). As a final step the ring is carefully heat-treated, this last time-consuming step does not add to its beauty, but it allows the ring to remain malleable so it can easily be sized for a perfect fit.
