These are real, rare, Indonesian Copper Tip Trilobite beetles (Platerodrilus ruficollis)! This incredible, bizarre, genus of beetles is named after their visual similarity to the e xtinct group of arthropods known as trilobites. Only the females and larvae of this beetle have their trilobite appearance, while the males are much smaller and have a more classic beetle appearance. These specimens, from Kalimantan, come framed in a protective 3.5" tall Riker mount and can be shipped worldwide. Show more
