Size, epoxy colour, personalization, etc) and I will send you a variety of board options and designs for approval. Once designs are approved, chess boards can take approximately 14 business days for completion (Please note this time is subject to change depending on customization requirements) - Please visit the contact section to advise of rush orders prior to ordering. Please note, deposits are nonrefundable - read the listing thoroughly and email questions before placing your order. Refunds requested due to customer error (including incorrect selections, sizing or change of mind) will be issued less the original payment processing fee of 3% per transaction, which is non-refundable to the business.
