Establish your training habits, dial in your nutrition with custom macro calculations, and start developing the discipline that competitor training demands. This phase is about structure, learning to train with intention, not just effort. Phase 2 — Build (Weeks 5–8)Progress your training. Intensity increases, your check-ins sharpen, and you begin to understand how your body responds to structured competitor-style programming. This is where the mindset shift happens. Phase 3 — Peak (Weeks 9–12)Experience the final stretch. Simulate what cutting and peak weeks actually feel like, physically and mentally. By the end of this phase, you’ll know whether you’re ready to compete. And you’ll have the foundation to do it.
