Crafted from 100% Blue Agave which has been meticulously hand-harvested in Mexico's Los Altos region. The hearts of these agaves are slow-cooked in a brick oven and then fermented in open-air steel vats. Double distillation in stainless steel pot stills enhances and concentrates flavours. The resulting spirit is aged in American White Oak barrels for 16 to 18 months. Show more
