Place one gel pack at a time into each pocket and secure in the pocket. Locate "neck" area of wrap and place on the affected shoulder. Place short strap under the upper arm and attach to wrap in the front and back. Locate longer strap and attach to the front of wrap near neck area so strap comes across chest under the arm of the unaffected shoulder, across the back and attached to the back of the wrap. Care & Cleaning: Close all contact closures and hand washes in warm water with mild soap.
