NOTE: elbow pad is removable if desired.Grasp sides of shorter portion of brace and wrap around bicep area. Use small hook tab to assist in closure. NOTE: excess material may be trimmed at this time.Grasp side of longer portion of brace and wrap around forearm area. Use small hook tab to assist in closures. NOTE: excess material may be trimmed at this time.Place lateral 90 DEG stay assembly on brace, making sure stay falls at midline of arm.Place medial 90 DEG stay assembly on brace, making sure stay falls at midline of arm.Beginning with most distal strap, wrap contact closure around arm and secure. Then continue distal to proximal to secure all four straps.Adjust straps to desired tension level, using caution not to over tighten.Care & Cleaning: Remove any metal stays if possible, close all contact closures and hand wash in warm water with mild soap.
