(Note: metal slide buckle and sew-in label should be facing outward).Release hook closure on straps and place straps over each shoulder.Grasp right strap and bring across center of back and under left side of sling. Secure hook to sling.Grasp left strap and bring across center of back and under right side of sling Secure hook to sling.Adjust metal sling buckles on sling to keep elbow at 90 degrees.Grasp swathe, attach swathe to hook on front of sling, wrap around body over affected arm and secure.NOTE: any excess material may be trimmed if desired. Care & Cleaning: Close all contact closures. Hand wash in warm water with mild soap. Product should be air-dried.
