PEVO Corkscrew Anchor Set for Soccer Goals Properly anchoring a movable soccer goal is an important part of field setup. The PEVO Corkscrew Anchor Set gives schools, soccer clubs, coaches, and athletic departments a simple way to secure compatible soccer goals on suitable natural-grass surfaces. Each set includes four corkscrew-style anchors plus chain. Therefore, one package gives you the components needed for a complete anchor set. Goals4Sports® recommends one set per goal when this anchoring method is appropriate. The corkscrew design twists into the ground rather than relying on a straight stake. As a result, it provides a practical anchoring option for many grass soccer fields. Why Choose PEVO Corkscrew Soccer Goal Anchors? Portable soccer goals need an appropriate anchoring system whenever they are placed in use. These PEVO anchors are designed specifically for securing sporting equipment to the ground. The corkscrew shape allows each anchor to screw into suitable soil. In addition, the included chain connects the anchoring system to the soccer goal. This makes the set useful for programs that regularly set up or maintain movable goals. Schools and clubs may also want replacement anchor sets when original anchors become lost or need replacement. Likewise, facilities with several fields can keep spare anchor sets available for field crews. Because the anchors are compact, they are also easier to store than larger counterweight systems. Soccer Goal Anchoring for Natural-Grass Fields Corkscrew anchors are best suited to locations where the anchor can safely penetrate the soil. Therefore, they are primarily intended for appropriate natural-grass playing surfaces. Always evaluate the field before installation. Soil conditions can affect how an anchor performs. Hard, rocky, very loose, or unusually wet ground may require a different anchoring solution. Artificial turf fields may also require another anchoring method because corkscrew anchors should not be driven through turf systems without facility approval. For those surfaces, consider an appropriate counterweight or anchoring system instead.
