Cornelia Bar — Neighborhood Collection Every soap in the Neighborhood Collection is inspired by a place that helps define East Nashville. Named after Cornelia Fort Airpark, a historic landmark tucked along the Cumberland River, Cornelia pays tribute to one of East Nashville’s most unique pieces of history. Once a bustling airport and later transformed into part of Shelby Bottoms Greenway, the site now serves as a reminder of the neighborhood’s ability to evolve while honoring its past. The airpark was named for Cornelia Fort, a pioneering aviator and one of the first American women pilots to serve in World War II. Her spirit of independence, courage, and adventure inspired this bar’s timeless character. Today, visitors can still walk the old runway, surrounded by open skies, native grasses, and sweeping views of East Nashville—a place where history and nature meet. Earthy vetiver blends with bright lemon and soft lilac for a scent that feels both grounding and fresh. Made with goat milk and shea butter, Cornelia creates a creamy lather that leaves skin feeling clean, soft, and balanced. Poppy seeds provide gentle exfoliation while kaolin clay and Scottish oats add a smooth, skin-loving touch. Each bar is handmade in small batches, making every one slightly unique.
