About Cornish Orchards Cornish Orchards makes its cider using freshly pressed apples grown across Cornwall, Devon and Somerset. The apples are hand-graded and pressed on site before being slowly fermented using the naturally cool temperatures of the Cornish winter. Rather than rushing the process, the cider is given time to ferment and mature, allowing its flavour and aroma to fully develop. Each batch is then carefully filtered and hand-blended by the cider makers to ensure a consistently delicious finish.
