Bentham's Cornel - Himalayan Strawberry Tree A very popular and sought-after flowering tree with a spreading, bushy, semi-evergreen habit. Cornus capitata is also known as Bentham's Cornel and the Himalayan Strawberry Tree and is native to the lowland forests in the Himalayas.
