Cornus florida Rainbow is a gorgeous variegated Dogwood with lovely spring flowers and exceptionally stunning autumn foliage. In April or May, an abundance of white flower bracts a dorn the branches. The leaves are green with gold margins in spring and summer, turning deep red/purple displaying scarlet margins in autumn, hence it's Rainbow name. It has a dense upright habit and grows to an estimated height and spread of just 3 x 2 metres in 20 years. It grows well in sun or partial shade, preferring a well-drained soil in a sheltered situation.
