Ribes nigrum x 'Coronet' BLACK CURRANTS ARE PROHIBITED TO DE, ME, NC, NJ, WV, VA, MI, MA, NH, OH & RI. Rust resistant varieties may be shipped to OH & MI (with permit). The Coronet black currant is a newer cultivar that comes from the Canadian breeding program. It is resistant to white pine blister rust and has medium-sized berries that ripen early in the season.
