Wear a bit longer each day. Prioritize wearing them while active. For a more comfortable experience, keep them closer to the tips of the toes to the middle and don’t push them all the way in so they're touching between the toes. Buy your athletic socks a size bigger than the package says to, or wear toe socks. They are easily cleaned with a quick rinse in soap and warm water. Air dry in a secure location. Please keep out of the reach of small children and pets. Caution: pets love to chew this soft silicone device. Size Chart: Note: If you have narrow feet, consider sizing down. Consider sizing up for extra wide feet. We feel the size chart is particularly inaccurate for size XS, which seems to only fit feet narrower than 2.8". If you are bigger than a Women's 5 and the widest part of your foot is 2.9" or wider, then we recommend going with a Small. One of our staff members is a size 6 with 3" width and the XS is definitely too small for her. Color Note: The Clear color yellows and gets looking dingy compared to the other colors.
