This easy stitch pattern is ju st your usual 2x2 rib, but worked in two colors. Carrying each color along the inside of your work creates an extra layer of insulation to keep your hands nice and warm. Peasant thumbs help maintain the slim outline of these mitts as well as allowing for uninterrupted colorwork from cuff to fingertips.
