They thrive in stable, well-oxygenated aquariums with soft substrates like sand to protect their sensitive barbels. Corydoras do best in groups of 5 or more and prefer calm environments with hiding spots & plenty of open space to forage. They are active, curious, and an excellent addition to peaceful community tanks. Recommended Tank Size: A minimum of 60 litres Corydoras are social fish & best kept in groups of 5 or more. Providing soft substrate & plenty of space helps reduce stress & encourages natural behavior. May become stressed if kept alone.
