The first sheet is a garment costing which keeps track of everything needed to make your product and get it to your door. It is particularly useful to estimate what your costings might be and where you might compromise on fabric, trims etc. The second sheet is a Retail and wholesale Costing sheet. Once you have your garment price you can enter this and your chosen RRP and it will calculate your suggested price to sell wholesale (based on current industry standards) as well as your profit margin for both RRP and Wholesale. When you enter your RRP it will also work backwards and tell you what your target buy price should be based off your selected profit margin. This sheet is set up for an FOB price in USD but I show you how to adapt to your currency and even use it for CMT or local production.
